Who we are.

Charlotte NC Restoration is a free referral service operated by Momentum Property Partners LLC. We connect Charlotte-area homeowners with an independent local restoration company. You can reach us at (980) 446-2664.

What we collect.

• From the form: the type of damage, your zip code, how soon you need help, your name, your phone number, and your email if you give it.
• From calls: when you call (980) 446-2664, you hear a short notice that the call is recorded. We keep the recording, your phone number, and the time and length of the call.
• From your visit: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets cookies and collects details such as your browser, device and approximate location. You can block cookies in your browser settings. This site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

How we use it.

We use your information to pass your request to a restoration company, to follow up on that request, to keep records of the referrals we make, and to see how the site is working.

Who we share it with.

• One independent local restoration company. It gets your request so it can contact you about the job. Once it has your details, that company's own privacy practices apply.
• Service providers that run the service for us: HighLevel (GoHighLevel), our customer records system, which stores form requests and call records; Twilio, which carries and records calls; Cloudflare, which hosts this site; and Google Analytics.
• Legal reasons: when a court order or other legal process requires it.

What we don't do.

We do not sell your information. We do not send text messages. We call only about the request you made.

How long we keep it.

We keep requests and call records for up to four years after your last contact with us, then delete them, unless we need to keep something longer to meet a legal obligation.

Children.

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes.

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
