What this service is.
Charlotte NC Restoration is a free referral service operated by Momentum Property Partners LLC. We take your request and pass it to one independent local restoration company. That is all we do.
What we are not.
We are not a restoration contractor, insurance company, or public adjuster. We do not inspect, price or perform any work. We do not give insurance or coverage advice, and we do not speak to insurers for you.
Your agreement is with the company.
Any estimate, contract or payment is between you and the company that contacts you. We are not a party to it, and we do not supervise or stand behind the company's work. Before you hire, check its written estimate, its proof of insurance, its contract and who pulls any permits.
No promise of a response.
We cannot promise that a company will contact you, when it will arrive, what it will charge, or that it can take your job. If your situation is urgent or unsafe, call 911 or the right utility first.
Referral fees.
Pros we refer may pay us a referral fee. You pay us nothing.
Use of the site.
Give accurate information in the form, and only for a property you own, rent or manage. Do not use the site to send spam or to submit someone else's details without their permission.
